I bought these to wear for my wedding, but wanted to try them before! The color is a perfect match and they curl so perfect!I did wash them, and soak them in a conditioner water before I styled them! I made sure to put heat protection on, and they curled perfect!

I 100% recommend this hair, I was worried this hair wouldn’t blend with my type 4b/4c hair. It blended really well, even when my hair started to sweat out. This hair has minimal shedding and holds curls pretty well.

This is my first time using hair extensions.I was a little skeptical about purchasing hair extensions online with not being able to feel the quality and also it seemed like a lot or people posting pictures with a filter so it was hard to tell. Not to mention if the hair color would actually match.But I have always wanted extensions to give my hair more fullness and body. Luckily, I lucked out! The extension hair color matches perfectly!!! I ordered one pack of clip hair black to silver 18in and they blend seamlessly. But one pack is not enough to add length and thickness to my hair, I will be buying again soon! I did use my curler and it did give off a weird smell, which I did read in previous reviews but it didn’t seem to cause any damage to the extensions. Noooooo reguuurts!!! I’ve already suggested these to everyone one I know I want everyone to benefit!

When I was not sure which brand to choose, my friend recommended Vivien to me, she said that as with normal extensions, there will be slight hair loss and tangles, but to a lesser extent. So out of hesitation I bought my first set of extensions at Vivien. The quality of the hair was really good when I received it, it felt very soft and the color matched very well. The only downside was that I chose the wrong size, so I applied for a return and planned to buy a long set in a few days. But to my surprise their customer service contacted me a few days later, actively asking me about the reason for the return and helping me with my problem.
