Shipping Information
We are proud to be able to ship globally. The standard processing time is 1-2 working days. Any orders after 11:00 am will be shipped before the next business day, and we never arrange weekends or holidays. All shipments have real-time tracking and verified tracking numbers, so you can track your items through delivery information.
Shipping Options&time
We cooperate with well-known international express companies: FedEx ,USPS, DHL, TNT,CNE, and their shipping time is as follows.
- DHL&TNT:3-6 Business for SHIPPING.
- USPS&CNE:7-20 Business for EXPEDITED SHIPPING.
- FedEx : 3-6 Business for EXPEDITED SHIPPING, 7-20 Business Days for normal delivery company to Arrive.NT,C
Customs duty
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary by country. It is the customers responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required.

We support shipping in most countries around the world, and I will update here regularly for a small number of countries that do not support it.
Other things you need to know
- We offer free shipping for orders over US$68, but if you are in a remote area, you will be responsible for remote costs.
- Please enter the correct address when placing an order. Please double check that your address is correct. We are not responsible for lost items.
- Once you authorize the express to put package at front door,back yard or other place where package is easy to lost.We are not responsible for the lost or stolen items, etc.
- The hair extension orders which delivered by DHL are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery, no exceptions. If you are not home upon delivery, you will need to pick it up from your local DHL or call to schedule a re delivery by calling 800-225-5345.
- We do our best to expedite order processing and shipping time, so the time interval for canceling/changing your order or changing the order address is very small. But if you need it, please write to service@vivien.vip immediately after placing the order. We will do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete them.
