Have a Problem When You Want to Pay With Credit Card?

We have two main payment methods, PayPal and credit card. We recommend using PayPal for payment, because PayPal can better guarantee payment security. If you only have a credit card, and multiple credit card payment attempts have failed.

Here are some tips that may help you:

1. It may be that some of the items in the shopping cart were sold out when you placed the order. Please refresh your browser. If a pop-up message indicates that your product is out of stock, please click the small X next to the product to check and delete the sold-out product.
2. Make sure to remove all special characters from the contact form (e.g. / (& € * # ). Make sure you have filled in all the required fields on the checkout page.
3. It may be that your credit card has expired. You can also try other credit cards.

This method is applicable to customers who do not have a PayPal account.
If you have a PayPal account, we recommend that you pay directly through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, payment through this method may result in payment failure.
