  6. Please note that local taxes, customs and duties may occur.
  7. All hair extensions are final sale, exchange only on unopened hair.
  8. Vivien human hair extensions are for professional use only, applying them yourself or going to an untrained hairstylist will result in improper application and the extensions will not work properly. Please use a certified professional to ensure that this product lasts and works properly. Vivien will not refund any orders for issues with slipping.
  9. Vivien will only speak with professional hairstylists with valid cosmetology license for all issues regarding slipping.

    By placing an order at Vivien, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Vivien for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

    All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Vivien as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Vivien and will not be shared with other third parties. 

    Payment

    All products remain to Vivien property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Vivien.

    All transfers conducted through Vivien are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

"The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company, Vivien. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

     

    We will gladly accept any exchanges or return within the 30-day receipt period, provided the item has not been used or opened. All exchanges or returns are required to meet the return standards. Exchange or return requests must be made within the 30 days of receipt. 

    • All items must be returned in their original packaging.
    • 30-day return policy begins from the day you receive your order.
    • Vivien assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or loss by carrier handling the returned merchandise.
    • You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
    • Allow up to 1 week for the credit to appear on your statement.
    This Company does not exclude liability for any damage caused due to improper installation. After the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products. Vivien will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Vivien products at their own risk. Vivien will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, no exceptions. 
    ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
    We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, or edited any materials or content on this Site, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information to use for future disputes. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the Terms of Use.
    PAYMENT
    All major Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to shipment of any products. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
    Exclusions and Limitations
    The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:
    excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and

    DELIVERY OF ITEMS
    It may take 1 business day to process your order. Custom orders take 6 weeks to prepare and ship. Vivien does not take responsibility for products that are lost or stolen after they have shipped with proper tracking.  We are not responsible after we have shipped any items. Please contact carrier for any lost packages. We are not responsible for the postal carriers.
    DUTIES AND TAXES
    All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination.

    COLORS
    It is advised that you use a color ring to select your colors. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be exactly the same of the color of the hair.
    Log Files
    We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

    Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

    Additional Information

    Vivien reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Vivien has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Vivien shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
