Return & Exchange Policy


When you order hair online, you might have chosen the wrong hair, wrong length, color don't match, size not fit,etc. It's never a problem to exchange the right hair as long as you contact us in time. Our return policy ensure that both parties feel fair and satisfied during the exchange process. Please note, however, when starting the return policy, both parties will have certain losses in terms of time and money. This is inevitable. Please consider carefully before placing an order. So that we won't regret the lack of consideration and be willing to bear the corresponding exchange losses.


We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused(without washing and undamaged, no impact on secondary sales)and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service before returning the product to make sure you send the package to the correct address. 


If you want to return an item without any quality problem within 30 days once it is received, we’ll charge 15% restocking fees. If a product is defective please send a photo of the defect along with a description to customer service at and we will gladly help you to resolve the issue.
